**What the role is**

You will be part of the Human Resource Division in the Professional and Corporate Development Group. As trusted adviser and strategic partner to other divisions in HR matters, we strive to make MSF an “employer of choice” to fulfil our mission of building a society that is cohesive and resilient.

**What you will be working on**

As Executive/Senior Executive (Employee Engagement), you will be involved in the following:

- Plan, conceptualise, organise, implement and review the work-life and employee engagement programmes such as flexible work arrangements, family life education talks and activities, annual Health Fair, employee engagement surveys/dipstick surveys, staff recognition scheme etc.
- Monitor and manage the well-being of staff with suitable programmes/activities. This includes conducting regular staff well-being surveys, virtual townhalls, procuring care-packs for staff, profiling staff/teams/initiatives, implementing e-resource kits (eg counselling hotlines, tips on self-care etc).
- Tap on technologies for employee engagement’s activities/programmes and propose new and innovative ways to engage staff who might be mostly telecommuting ( eg. video conferencing for staff engagement sessions)
- On-going initiatives and projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**

Functional/Technical Competencies required:

- End to end experience in managing activities/programmes and handling publicity, from planning, implementation to review for improvements
- Knowledge of design tools and software such as Canva, Photoshop and experience in creating digital content such as videos and EDMs
- Good organisation and planning skills as you are expected to handle a variety of activities/programmes, some of which may run concurrently
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Facilitation/Staff engagement skills, comfortable and prepared to conduct and facilitate group discussions or workshops
- Relevant experience in the Public Sector will be an added advantage
Generic Competencies Required:

- Good interpersonal skills as you will liaise with multiple stakeholders/partners and all levels of staff
- Independent and proactive, requiring mínimal supervision and able to ensure activities/programmes are on track
- A team player who is innovative, highly driven and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
