We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement and Wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives and programmes to improve employee engagement and wellness.
The job holder will project manage and implement initiatives and programmes to improve employee engagement and wellness, working closely with the cluster and team to manage wellbeing programme at national, cluster and institution level.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and managing staff benefits interventions that align with corporate social responsibility and wellbeing objectives;
- Working with the cluster and team to develop and implement wellbeing programmes at national, cluster and institution level;
- Managing and coordinating Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post survey's action planning;
- SUPPORTING THE TEAM IN DRIVING PROGRAMMES AND ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTES EMPLOYEES' HOLISTIC WELLBEING;
- Partnering Cluster to roll out cluster wide programmes/events for staff;
- Assisting in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting of administering and processing.
