About the Role

The Job Holder will be part of a team leading Employee Engagement and Wellness Functions. They will project manage and implement initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and wellness. The Job Holder will also implement/manage programmes designed to foster a positive work environment in a hospital setting. They will assist in overseeing employee awards & recognition programmes and reviewing employee benefits policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage staff benefits interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting staff in corporate social responsibility and wellbeing areas.

  2. Work closely with clusters and teams to manage wellbeing programmes at national, cluster and institution levels.

  3. Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partner departments on post survey action planning.

  4. Support teams in driving programmes and activities that promote employees' holistic wellbeing.

  5. Partner with Clusters to roll out cluster wide programmes/events for staff.

  6. Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting and administration processing.
