Employee Engagement and Corporate Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Employee Engagement and Wellness Functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing and implementing initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and wellness.
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of programmes designed to foster a positive environment in our organization. This includes assisting in overseeing employee awards & recognition programmes and reviewing employee benefits policies.
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing and managing staff benefits interventions that align with corporate social responsibility and wellbeing goals;
- Working closely with our cluster and team to manage wellbeing programme at national, cluster, and institution levels;
- Managing and coordinating Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post survey's action planning;
- Supporting the team in driving programmes and activities that promote employees' holistic wellbeing;
- Partnering Cluster to roll out cluster-wide programmes/events for staff;
- Assisting in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting, and administering processing.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in leading teams. You should also have knowledge of human resources best practices and ability to implement them effectively.
