Job Title: Senior Wellbeing Operations Lead

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading a team of experts to develop and implement wellbeing programs that promote positive physical and psychological health across various teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, data analysis, and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with the leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy, ensuring alignment across regions.

The position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience. The candidate must be able to travel up to 30% of the time and have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experts to tailor, implement, and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework
  • Provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates
  • Work with the wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy to ensure alignment across regions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 5+ years' experience in project management
    • Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in health/wellness fields
    • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
  • Desirable:
    • Experience of independently leading work streams/projects within larger programmes
    • Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
    • Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role
    • Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
