The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Employee Engagement and Wellness Functions. He/she will project manage and implement initiatives and programmes to improve employee engagement and wellness.
Develop and manage staff benefits interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting staff in the area of corporate social responsibility and wellbeing.
Work closely with the team to manage wellbeing programme at national, cluster and institution level.
Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post survey's action planning
Support the team in driving programmes and activities that promotes employees' holistic wellbeing
Partnering Cluster to roll out cluster wide programmes/events for staff
Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting of administering and processing payment matters.
Requirements
Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Experience in the health care environment or policy review would be an added advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical, with attention to details and numbers, committed and results driven.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills.
Flexible and adaptable, with positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint).
