Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Employee Engagement and Wellness Functions. He/she will project manage and implement initiatives and programmes to improve employee engagement and wellness.

  • Develop and manage staff benefits interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting staff in the area of corporate social responsibility and wellbeing.

  • Work closely with the team to manage wellbeing programme at national, cluster and institution level.

  • Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post survey's action planning

  • Support the team in driving programmes and activities that promotes employees' holistic wellbeing

  • Partnering Cluster to roll out cluster wide programmes/events for staff

  • Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting of administering and processing payment matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

  • Experience in the health care environment or policy review would be an added advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical, with attention to details and numbers, committed and results driven.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint).
