OVERVIEW
Group HR Centre of Excellence - Organisational Development, Employee Engagement and Culture
We are seeking a motivated and versatile intern to support the Centre of Excellence – Organisational Development, Employee Engagement and Culture. The intern will assist in managing various employee engagement projects, including Pulse Survey, Engagement Events, and Engagement Tool (WE CARE App). This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and employee engagement within a professional setting; providing a first-hand insight into the impacts of strategic employee engagements on the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECTS

WE CARE Mobile App
-
Assist in the planning, design and roll out of communications (including design of EDMs/posters and related collaterals, and participation in institution roadshows etc.) to promote app sign up and usage.

Assist in compilation of reports (e.g. appreciation messages at line level) that are sent to respective institution HoDs.

Assist in coordination of responses to all feedback and suggestions collated via the WE CARE mobile app with stakeholders.

Assist in administering reward points to NUHS staff who participate in related publicity campaigns or submits a feedback/ suggestion.

Assist in the analysis of employee usage metrics in the WE CARE app to generate meaningful insights aimed at refining employee engagement strategies.

Pulse Survey 2025
-
Assist in administration processes leading up to NUHS' Pulse Survey, including the coordination and compilation of relevant employee data across various departments and institutions.

Assist in the planning, design and roll out of communications and "Pulse Survey Participation Challenge" to generate awareness and participation in the NUHS Pulse Survey

Intranet Staff Suggestion Page

Assist in monitoring staff feedback and suggestions received through the NUHS staff suggestion page and WE CARE Mobile App.

Assist in coordination of replies to all feedback and suggestions with relevant stakeholders across the institution

Employee Engagement Events
-
Source and manage procurement of event material and merchandise.

Design and develop communication platforms (EDM, videos and WE CARE app postings)

Send invitation and track events participation

Organisational Development (OD) Projects
-
Provide secretariat support for meetings, administrative support for rollout of the following OD initiatives:

Competency Based Promotion for Admin Job Family

Incorporating WE CARE and Innovation/Agility elements into TPM
-
Comms Plan: Thematic approach to reinforce WE CARE culture

WE CARE micro videos

REQUIREMENTS
-
Good communication skills.

Organised, meticulous and proactive.

A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Design related skill set will be advantageous.

Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.

IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.

Ability to commit to a 1-Year internship.
