**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Regional role with team management responsibilities
- Partnering with Market Leadership Team on Internal Communications, Employee Engagement Strategies & Activities
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Internal Communications**:

- Partners closely with various levels of management to identify business /communication objectives and translate them into internal communications plans.
- Researches, develops and executes large / complex cross-regional internal communications initiatives and plans
- Ensures effective and timely delivery of messages (ranging from organizational announcements to business continuity messages) to targeted employee audiences while aligning with our brand, enterprise goals, corporate brand image and culture.
- Performs project management duties to include planning, tracking deliverables, identifying potential visuals, interfacing with creative teams for production, and working with other areas (internally and externally) for execution.
- Utilizes current communications vehicles and identifies and tests emerging vehicles/technologies to reach targeted audiences better.
- Ensures projects are completed within desired budget, schedule and quality limits.
- Evaluate communication plan effectiveness and identify appropriate metrics to report to leadership. Recommends and pivots plans based on employee & management feedback
- Plans and performs advance research and writing activities pertaining to internal communications publications or other writing assignments such as executive speechwriting.
- Maintains coordinated calendar of communications activity and reconciles with functional partners and region enterprise-wide communications.
- Proactively identifies tools and channels (including technology) to enhance internal communications and engagement interactions.
**Employee Engagement**
- Manage and implement employee engagement activities across Asia Market (ranging from Bi-annual Townhalls, festive celebrations, year-end celebrations to well-being campaigns, etc).
- Annual budget, planning and project management - ensuring timely delivery & execution of events, vendor sourcing to hosting of events.
- Partnering closely with HR functional teams, Employee Engagement Champions, HRBPs and relevant stakeholders on timely execution and communication of events and encouraging our employees to live our company values.
- Run engagement surveys and provide analysis to understand overall employee pulse and feedback (EOS, eNPS, Pulse Surveys)
- Create ideas and action plans after Employee Survey to improve engagement scores
- Develop and support activities based on our business priorities for the year
- Drive initiatives to encourage employees to live our company values across Asia Market

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related engagement & communications experience with team management responsibilities
- Good stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to get buy-in across different organizational levels
- Strong analytical, organizational and advanced project planning skills with a proven track record of execution
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including superb attention to detail. Knowledge of Mandarin is desirable
- Passionate for cross-cultural sensitivity, with the ability to successfully navigate different cultures.
