Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the Employee Engagement and Wellness functions within the organization.

The incumbent will project manage and implement initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and wellness, while also overseeing employee awards & recognition programmes and reviewing employee benefits policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Benefits Interventions: Develop and manage staff benefits interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting staff in corporate social responsibility and wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing Programmes: Work closely with clusters and teams to manage wellbeing programme at national, cluster and institution level.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post survey's action planning.
  • Holistic Wellbeing: Support the team in driving programmes and activities that promotes employees' holistic wellbeing.
  • Cluster Wide Programmes: Partnering Cluster to roll out cluster wide programmes/events for staff.
  • General Administrative Operations: Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting of administering and processing.
