Job Title: Strategic Employee Engagement and Wellness Manager
">Job Description:This role is a critical part of the team responsible for leading employee engagement and wellness initiatives. The incumbent will oversee the development, implementation, and management of programmes to enhance employee engagement and overall wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing staff benefits interventions that focus on aligning, engaging, and connecting staff in the area of corporate social responsibility and wellbeing.
- Working closely with the team and other stakeholders to manage wellbeing programmes at national, cluster, and institution levels.
- Managing and coordinating the execution of Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/Pulse Survey and partnering departments on post-survey action planning.
- Supporting the team in driving programmes and activities that promote employees' holistic wellbeing.
- Partnering with the cluster to roll out cluster-wide programmes and events for staff.
- Assisting in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting, and administering and processing payment matters.
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience in the healthcare environment or policy review would be an added advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, with attention to details and numbers, committed and results-driven.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
