Position Purpose
The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for recognizing, creating and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion and equity in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement

• Play a key role in the development and implementation of our HR 2025 Employee Engagement strategy, and support critical change programs to improve employee engagement

• Develop and manage key programs such as wellness programs, employee recognition programs to foster engagement

• Partner with HR Business partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development stakeholders to create a culture of impact through strategic initiatives aligned to regional growth ambitions.

• Use data and develop metrics, dashboards and/or scorecards to provide guidance for strategic planning and ensure impact analysis for ongoing initiatives on employee engagement

• Systematically analyze attrition trends, exit interview feedback and recommend strategies to improve retention

• Partner on the regional strategy on pulse surveys, provide guidance and support in analyzing the result of pulse surveys and translating them into concrete action plans.

• Deliver strategic input to develop and manage a HR communications strategy/calendar, in conjunction with HR functional experts.

• Evaluate employee journey touchpoints and propose solutions to improve the employee experience and win 'moments that matter' from an HR lens.

• Networking in the HR and external practice community to build key partnerships and stay abreast of best practices in the market.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion

• Support in the development and implementation of a strategic DEI roadmap for APAC which is aligned with the challenges of the local markets and global DEI strategy in order to drive employee engagement, equity and inclusion.

• Collaborate with L&D, Territory HR teams, Regional HR business partners, Global DEI stakeholders and Brand & Communications to deliver the regional DEI strategy

• Co-ordinate and engage the APAC DEI Board comprising of senior business stakeholders to help shape the agenda and drive business accountability toward DEI

• Establish KPIs - both quantitative and qualitative to assess effectiveness of the DEI initiatives and communicate progress towards the regional goals

• Keep abreast of the latest research on DEI, market best practices, trends in order to continually benchmark against internal initiatives
