Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Director to oversee the efficient and effective daily operations of our food service business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations. You will also optimize workflow and ensure smooth service operations, assist in planning and execution of advertisements, marketing promotions, events, and roadshows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage staff and teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields
- Three (3) to five (5) years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related capacity
- Consistently well-groomed according to high appearance standards
- High degree of professionalism in customer service
- Exceptional people skills
- High standards of customer communication skills
- Prior experience in the beauty line preferred
- Ability to stay calm and handle difficult customers
- Computer literate
