Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our food service team. As the head of operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
