Job Title: Food Service Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Food Service Operations Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual who wants to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure food consistency and quality across all outlets
  • Rotate between three locations to oversee operations, maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Train and motivate staff to create a high-performance environment, ensuring they possess the skills to provide excellent customer service and meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor expenses, and control outlet costs to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Interview and hire frontline staff, coaching underperformers and replacing poor performers as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Degree or diploma holder in hospitality, business administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
  • Good taste and discernment for food quality control, with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
