Office Support and Visitor Management Specialist

Rapsys Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Office Support and Visitor Management Specialist.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional office support services, including first aid, handling calls, and preparing documents. Additionally, they will manage visitors, attend to walk-in customers, and perform other duties as informed by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of initiative. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration.
