Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Management Support Specialist to join our team at P-SERV PTE LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your supervisory skills and knowledge in office management to contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the administrative aspects of our team, including staff attendance, discipline, and covering arrangements. They will also serve as the point of contact for all functions, managing staff-related matters escalated by function heads. Additionally, they will be responsible for gift declaration and disposal, arranging VIP support, coordinating catering services, managing visitors, rooms, and facilities booking, and providing event support. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum diploma in any discipline with relevant 3 years of supervisory experience. Prior experience in procurement or similar roles would be advantageous. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential in this position.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 50,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
