About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Manager to join our team. As a Technical Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through technology innovation, while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical teams, as well as identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in managing technical teams are essential requirements for this role. If you have experience in developing and implementing technical roadmaps, managing budgets, and mentoring junior staff members, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar capacity with experience managing multiple technical teams. A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced degree is also required. Strong knowledge of technical disciplines such as networking, database administration, and software development is highly desirable.
