Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Enterprise Architect who has more than 18 years of experience with deep expertise in Google Cloud (GCP) to drive AI-powered transformation for enterprises in BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, and Traditional Industry verticals. This role involves architecting and implementing cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions that help organizations solve complex business challenges and accelerate their modernization journeys on Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud AI/ML services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, PaLM, TensorFlow, and BigQuery ML.
  • Lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives for BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, and other traditional industries, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives, business leaders, and engineering teams to align AI strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions for key industry use cases, including fraud detection, predictive maintenance, customer personalization, supply chain optimization, and intelligent automation.
  • Design scalable AI/ML architectures that ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency on Google Cloud.
  • Establish and lead MLOps best practices, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI models in production.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cloud migration, data modernization, and AI adoption, optimizing workloads for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Drive the development of AI-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, forecasting models, and automation solutions to enhance enterprise operations.
  • Stay ahead of AI, ML, and Generative AI trends, integrating the latest advancements into enterprise solutions.
  • Partner with Google Cloud teams, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to develop and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 18+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, AI/ML, and Cloud Computing.
  • Extensive expertise in Google Cloud AI/ML services, including Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML, PaLM, and AutoML.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Proven track record of deploying AI-driven enterprise solutions for BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, and Traditional Industries.
  • Experience with MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI deployment.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native development.
  • Deep knowledge of API-first architecture, microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, Apigee
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical leaders.
  • Google Cloud Professional Architect, certifications
  • Consulting the C Levels and defining the AI strategy for driving Business Excellence
Preferred Experience
  • AI transformation experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries.
  • Experience with multi-cloud AI solutions (GCP AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Published research or whitepapers in AI/ML and enterprise innovation.
  • Speaker at AI/ML and cloud computing conferences.
