Job Description:
  • Business Development

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Programme & Planning team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining value-added partnerships both internally and externally to drive business growth and student development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with Academic Schools and external organizations to foster collaboration and support student development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Student Development and Schools to develop and enhance CCA programmes that complement and enrich the overall educational experience.
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders to keep them informed of department initiatives, achievements, and opportunities for involvement.
  • Leading or assisting in ad-hoc special projects and institutional events when required.

Data Strategy

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive improvements in programmes, processes, and operations. This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, assessing department performance, and making recommendations to improve programmes and operations.

Communications

In addition to your technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of department initiatives, achievements, and opportunities for involvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the department branding and communication outreach, including managing social media and website content.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in business development and communications, preferably in education or student development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas, proposals, and business opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with strong operational and administrative skills.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
