About the Role
The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Oversee the Management Associate and internship programs, from attraction, acquisition to onboarding.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions.
- Develop and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression.
- Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness.
- Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development preferably in mid to large size organisations.
- SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM, or other relevant certifications will be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
