Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and drive business results.
  • Oversee the development and execution of talent management programs, including attraction, acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to diagnose business requirements and identify learning interventions that support employee growth and progression.
  • Design and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee development and advancement within the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Manage Learning Management System data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management or learning and development, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Relevant certifications, such as SPHR, PMP, or SHRM, are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
