Strategic Talent Development Manager

To formulate and review Infocomm media (ICM) manpower development strategies, policies and programmes to ensure Singapore continues to have a pipeline of high quality ICM professionals today, as well as in the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tech and media talent strategies to stay ahead of emerging trends and developments.
- Integrate efforts across different policy interventions in Pre-Employment Training, Continuing Education and Training, Local Leadership and Global manpower.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new tech and media jobs and skills in demand, and develop strategic data insights to support evidence-based policymaking.
- Prospect for and generate partnerships with industry and institutions to train and place locals into tech jobs, both locally and abroad.
- Work with tech companies in Singapore and tech leaders to pursue talent policies and develop innovative projects.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in public policy or strategy work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently as well as in a team/cross-team setting.
- Experience in tabling proposals and communicating with senior stakeholders would be advantageous.
