Regional Sales Manager

At Inout Enterprise Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing both direct customer accounts and channel partners in SEA and ANZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through phone, email, and other marketing campaigns.
- Identify White Space in assigned territories and develop a channel plan to capture White Space opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, principal vendors, and R&D to identify opportunities and win projects.
- Become an expert on the products and territories represented.
- Take full ownership of measuring, tracking, and reporting progress for assigned accounts and territories.
Requirements:
- A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges.
- 1-2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Prior experience in the industrial adhesive business would be a plus.
- Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
