Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new export markets and customers, building relationships with existing international customers, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in international markets
  • Provide distributor with additional support, including new product development, presentation to clients, and technical support
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics from factory production readiness to customer pickup
  • Assist with customer complaints and disputes resolution
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future export sales
Requirements:
  • Negotiation and market research skills
  • Ability to develop new markets and customers
  • Strong account management and sales skills
  • Experience with MS Word and export sales
  • Customer satisfaction and business development skills
