Salary:
We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from SGD 80,000 to SGD 100,000 based on experience.
Job Description:
The Customer Experience Director will be responsible for maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude at all times, ensuring excellent customer support, responding satisfactorily to customers' demands and queries, gathering customer information, and communicating with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant fields, be well-groomed, and have proficient customer service and communication skills. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty line, is highly desirable.
