Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Customer Experience Director to lead our sales floor team at LUXURY VENTURES PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role involves developing and executing short-term action plans and long-term strategies to optimize sales results and create an excellent associate and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring the full energy and activity of store teams are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
  • Serve on the Sales Leadership Team and be responsible for total store results.
  • Own the customer experience throughout the entire store.
  • Maximize sales potential by spending 80% of scheduled time on the sales floor.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer sales lead (CSL) behaviors while owning 10-12 segments per week.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze customer experience reports and insights to mobilize the team accordingly.
  • Promote ownership and accountability for category management.
  • Understand and adhere to company and brand standards.
  • Gain business insights and create SMART action plans that improve execution and results in partnership with category managers.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $120,000 - SGD $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
