Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will lead the Customer Service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and align with global standards.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure and improve service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the resolution of customer inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- A proven track record of leading and managing teams of 10 or more members.
- Strong understanding of customer service operations, systems, and performance metrics.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, the company offers attractive benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
