Strategic Business Development Executive

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations in regulated markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulation exports, licensing, contract development and manufacturing (CDMO), and regulatory affairs, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and develop product portfolios that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with CDMOs, contract manufacturers, and other external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop market-specific product strategies and conduct competitive analyses to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage commercial proposals and contract negotiations, and coordinate with R&D, regulatory, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Engage with contract research organizations (CROs), GLP labs, regulatory partners, and other external stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at international industry events and conferences to track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (mandatory).
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience, including at least 10 years in business development within regulated markets.
