Business Growth Strategist

We're shaping the future of education at a forward-thinking school. As a Business Growth Strategist, you'll drive collaborations with companies, institutions, and organizations to create value-added programs, sponsorships, and business opportunities that enhance our reputation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations aligned with our mission.
  • Develop and execute a corporate engagement strategy to support enrollment, branding, and revenue generation.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporates, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver mutual benefits.
  • Work with internal teams to design corporate-linked programs.
  • Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Monitor market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in securing corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build high-level relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience in education, services, or CSR-related industries is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment.
