**About the Role**
This role is based in Singapore and is focused on remotely serving important local and multinational customers in Hong Kong. Working together with our Strategic Partner (Alibaba) and our team of Account Specialists you will be working together with Account Specialists and products team, CSG and partners to handle complex commercial issues, product / Technical questions and support. You will work across many stakeholder groups at Salesforce including
partnerships, success, support, services, finance and alliances. Furthermore you have the opportunity to be the ‘voice of the customer’ for the unique needs of customers in the Hong Kong and China region.
**Required Skills/Experience: **
Previous Solution Engineers and Customer Success Group.
Strong partner management skills with the ability to balance the interest of Salesforce and Alibaba to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for the Partnership.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results.
Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.
Demonstrated ability to structure and transition complex problems to solutions.
Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization.
Ability to see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change.
Great interpersonal skills, excellent communicator - including written and verbal communication.
Comfortable with the ambiguity associated with a fast paced business with complex geopolitical challenges.
Prior experience working with Strategic and Alliance partners in Hong Kong market.
Fluent in Cantonese / English / Mandarin to converse with counterparts in Hong Kong / Global and Mainland China
Work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
Build trusted relationship with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology
To develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs aligned to business value
Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with a broad range of supporting technical and business resources
To fully understand and clearly articulate the unique benefits of Salesforce to a wide range of customer stakeholders from front line staff right up to C-level executives
Present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners
Must have a proven track record in the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs.
Ability to orchestrate a sales cycle which requires involvement of multiple internal and external resources.
