About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Manager at United Overseas Bank, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Group Technology and Operations team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Group Technology and Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service operations
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance appraisal sessions to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Ensure that customer service operations are aligned with the bank's overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of working experience in a contact centre environment
  • Managerial experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Open to flexible working hours
