We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new corporate and individual clients to expand our customer portfolio.
- Nurture and maintain existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting thorough credit assessments and risk analyses, as well as preparing detailed loan proposals for submission and approval.
Risk Monitoring and MitigationThey will be responsible for proactively monitoring client accounts to identify potential credit risks or delinquencies, and developing effective solutions to mitigate these risks promptly.
Collaboration and ComplianceThe successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan processing and approvals, while adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements- At least 2 years of experience in commercial loans and credit proposals or a related field.
- Prior experience in property financing, including mortgage loans in commercial settings, would be an added advantage.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
