Role Summary:

We are seeking an Insurance Sales and Service Leader to join our team at CoverXpress Singapore Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the corporate sector, while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Buid and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate prospects and clients.
    • Understand clients' business, risk profile, exposures, needs, and expectations.
  • New Business Acquisition:
    • Identify, acquire, and convert opportunities for corporate new business.
    • Aarrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Service Delivery:
    • Provide appropriate recommendations on insurance coverage and insurance program design.
    • Assist clients in the event of major claims.
    • Implement and monitor client engagement as per the company's model.
  • Sales and Growth:
    • Exceed revenues budgeted for growing portfolio.
    • Develop new business channels and hire producers.
    • Maintain renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed personal objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
