Key Responsibilities- Lead Customer Service Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of customer-centric initiatives that align with our business objectives.
- Optimize Resources and Budget: Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-efficient operations, identifying opportunities for increased revenue and improving overall efficiency.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to corporate and regulatory standards.
- Employee Training and Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Stakeholder Relations and Process Innovation: Represent the company in relevant stakeholder committees, promote our brand, and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Degree or Diploma: A recognized degree or diploma in a related field.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions, with a strong understanding of customer service operations.
- Tourism Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the tourism industry is highly valued.
- Resource Management: Strong understanding of resource and budget management, compliance, and team development within complex setups.
As a seasoned customer service professional, you will be expected to lead by example, driving growth and excellence in all aspects of customer service operations. With a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, this opportunity offers a unique chance to take your career to the next level.
