This role handles frontline operations at the workshop for Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd. As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all frontline operations in an efficient manner, meeting customer requirements, and achieving KPIs targets. You will work closely with the Workshop-in-charge to ensure smooth process flow and coordinate service operations with other franchises as needed. Key responsibilities include managing WIP invoicing, achieving quality service, and maintaining good customer relations. You will also attend to customer complaints and monitor KPIs targets for up-selling programs. - Requirements
