Job Title: Senior Executive - Customer Relations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - Customer Relations to join our dynamic team at LTA's Customer Service Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service, managing public queries via phone and written channels, and providing good support in managing daily operations and implementation of service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage public queries via phone and written channels
  • Provide good support in managing daily operations and implementation of service initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in customer service/Call Centre environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
