We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure an exceptional experience for all clients who interact with our salon.


The Customer Service Manager's responsibilities include overseeing customer service operations, handling client inquiries and complaints, and implementing strategies to improve service quality. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to resolve issues effectively and courteously. Ultimately, you will play a key role in enhancing our reputation by fostering positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


You will lead the salon team in delivering outstanding services and enhancing overall sales performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Professional Knowledge and Service Execution: You will leverage your extensive experience in customer service to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your deep understanding of salon services and products will help maintain and elevate our service standards.
  • Operational Oversight: You are responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the customer service department, effectively coordinating staff, resources, and client interactions to create an efficient and welcoming environment for both employees and patrons.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction will be your top priority. You will manage client relations, handle bookings and inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a responsive, personalized service experience.
  • Inventory Management: You will oversee the customer service supplies inventory, ensuring the availability and timely replenishment of essential items to support seamless service delivery.
  • Marketing and Online Reputation Management: You will ensure adherence to our standard policies for client communication and engagement, enhancing our social media presence and client satisfaction. Additionally, strategically managing and enhancing our online presence will be crucial for bolstering our reputation
  • Quality Assurance: You will maintain high standards of service quality and client interaction, ensuring an exceptional experience for every client. This involves thoroughly assessing the quality of client feedback and service outcomes to ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional service.
