About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Operations Assistant to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Global Customer Services Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist operational management with front-line customer service activities and operational management tasks;
- Support key accounts and differentiated service offerings across multiple channels;
- Accomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related tasks and results as needed;
- Handle escalated queries from CSR/CSS as an SME;
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues;
- Identify new products and services to improve customer satisfaction;
- Improve customer service quality by monitoring case and call handling of CSR/CSS;
- Organize and impart training to new joiners and subordinates;
- Support business continuity plan requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or a related field;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in front office departments;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong CRM knowledge and proficiency with MS Office and other IT-related matters;
- Be result-driven and demonstrate personal integrity;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to set priorities and work with speed with a strong customer focus.
