Strategic Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Trade Marketing Manager for our client, an international FMCG Brand.
This role requires a proactive & self-directed learner who thrives in a fast-paced & results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point for customer-focused channel marketing programs aligned with brand strategies.
- Define, develop, and execute channel strategies and programs in collaboration with Brand and Sales teams.
- Utilize consumer, customer, and category insights to create effective trade marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across channels.
- Oversee all trade marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution within timelines.
- Coordinate and implement marketing materials (e.g., on-site visibility, sales refreshers, promotions).
- Monitor promotion performance across different channel segments.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations, identifying ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Measure and analyze ROI for all marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing related field with at least 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, sales strategies, and trade marketing principles.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, competitor movements, and customer business models.
- Proven ability to analyze operations, reengineer processes, and implement policy improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High energy, sense of urgency, and strong execution capabilities.
