Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager APAC, you will be responsible for developing the Asian Market.
You will work directly with allocated customers and distribution partners in Asia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Playing ELPRO's full portfolio of solutions to existing customers
- Retailing and increasing revenues and profit margins
- Gaining new customers and further developing them
- Providing input on future sales activities and action plans to grow business in Asia
- Collaborating with the Managing Director to achieve goals set in cooperation
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing partnerships to increase growth
- Providing input to contract renewal and overall development of the partners
- Promoting and developing a strong sales culture within the organization
- Leading sales projects to win business and ensure smooth implementation
- Working closely with customer service, project management, and technical teams to bring projects to success
- Frequent information exchange with other local sales organizations and Global Key Account Management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A University Bachelor's degree or higher professional education with a diploma
- Solid technical background/skills, but no specific technical education required
- 3+ years sales experience in both hunting and farming in local and international markets
- Strong selling experience and successful track record in complex technical solutions and/or software deals
- Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, supply chain, and/or monitoring will be ideal, but not mandatory
- Sound business acumen, customer-focused, and highly motivated individual with focus on delivering results
- Willing and able to travel across the region
- Proficiency in English language. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of customer relationship management systems and database software
- Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive sales skills for growth and professional discipline for managing complex sales processes and projects
