Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager APAC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About ELPROELPRO is a Swiss-based, global manufacturer of innovative environmental monitoring solutions for the pharmaceutical, life science, biotech, and healthcare industries.
We offer state-of-the-art data loggers, complex monitoring systems with intelligent database solutions, and overall GxP support.

Our data loggers measure temperatures from -200 °C to +200 °C.
We have sales and technical support offices located in Switzerland, US, Canada, UK, Germany, the Nordics, Benelux, and Singapore, with over 220 employees worldwide.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager APAC, you will be responsible for:
- Developing partnerships to increase growth
- Providing input to contract renewal and overall development of the partners
- Promoting and developing a strong sales culture within the organization
- Leading sales projects to win business and ensure smooth implementation
- Working closely with customer service, project management, and technical teams to bring projects to success
- Frequent information exchange with other local sales organizations and Global Key Account Management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A University Bachelor's degree or higher professional education with a diploma
- Solid technical background/skills, but no specific technical education required
- 3+ years sales experience in both hunting and farming in local and international markets
- Strong selling experience and successful track record in complex technical solutions and/or software deals
- Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, supply chain, and/or monitoring will be ideal, but not mandatory
- Sound business acumen, customer-focused, and highly motivated individual with focus on delivering results
- Willing and able to travel across the region
- Proficiency in English language. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of customer relationship management systems and database software
- Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive sales skills for growth and professional discipline for managing complex sales processes and projects
