About the Position:
This Employee Engagement Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engagement programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to employee engagement and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
