**About the role**
The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring an engaging and optimal employee experience for employees. The incumbent will support the Employee Engagement function in the design and creation of communications content through multiple channels, develops content and delivers orientation sessions for new hires. He/She will also drive the development and implementation of Employee Engagement surveys and initiatives within Bollore Singapore.
**What you will be doing**
**Onboarding of new hires**
- Develop new hires information packs for new employees
- Develop content and materials for new hire orientation program
- Deliver orientation briefings and programs for new hires
- Analyze data and feedback on the quality and delivery of onboarding experience
**Employee Engagement & Well-being Activities**
- Organize and implement company employee engagement workshops, policies, events and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and experience (e.g., D&D, Long Service Awards and CSR)
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on preparation and implementation of company major events
- Track and handle communication with organizing teams on budget and expense matters
- Propose enhancements to employee well-being programs and initiatives
**Employee Communication**
- Develop creative strategies on communicating to a broad range of internal stakeholders
- Design communication posters for companywide communication purposes
- Collaborate with multi stakeholders to implement internal communication plans to keep employees
- Work with Function Lead to prepare data and presentation slides for senior management and divisions sharingupdated and engaged on corporate developments
**Employee Engagement Survey**
- Drive the implementation of the company wide employee engagement survey
- Evaluate post event effectiveness by conducting employee engagement survey and assist in the coordination of focus groups
- Track survey status and support overall strategy to ensure project success
- Any other ad hoc HR projects as assigned
**Union Relations**
- Develop positive partnership with union
- Support union and employee activities and initiatives
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field with minimum Diploma qualifications
- Strong proficiency with MS Office skills and designing tools such as illustrator, photoshop etc.
- Good project/event management and time management skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, possess strong communication, problem-solving skills and self-driven with the ability to influence and garner support within and beyond the team
- Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and have the aptitude to synthesize complex information and develop innovative solutions
- Creative in design and experienced in designing EDMs and write-ups for events
- Experience in managing vendors and possess good negotiation skills
