**What the role is**
- The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is a government agency under the Prime Minister’s Office responsible for the investigation and prevention of corruption in Singapore. It ensures that zero tolerance towards corruption is maintained, and Singapore remains corruption-free. CPIB welcomes motivated individuals who are willing to play the important role of providing corporate and operational services in supporting the Bureau's needs and its mission.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the team of officers in CPIB’s People Management & Development (PMD) Division that oversees the full spectrum of human capital strategies and initiatives such as workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, staff well-being and personnel administration etc. As an Executive / Senior Executive, you will handle a spectrum of HR activities and processes which include (but not limited to): a) Total Rewards. Administer and review the awards and retention initiatives in the Bureau, to drive high organisation performance and promote retention. b) Industrial & Employee Relations. Implement initiatives and policies that promote industrial relations (e.g., engagement activities, communication sessions), and support the investigation of industrial relations cases (e.g., assist in grievance, dispute and negotiation processes) c) Employee Engagement & Well-being. To develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that drive employee engagement & well-being. d) Values & Conduct. Implement initiatives that promote the values, ethos, and code of conduct of the organisation and the public service; and support the processing of staff cases in accordance to established policies and procedures. You will also be required to conduct regular employee communications and briefings to educate supervisors and staff on HR guidelines, initiatives and procedures; and perform any other duties or projects as assigned by management.
**What we are looking for**
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Public Sector. - Good written and communication skills. - Meticulous, resourceful, and highly driven. - Strong ability to multi-task and work effectively in teams as well as independently. - Have a passion for HR work. - Singaporean Citizen.
