This is a high-profile opportunity to lead a talented team of compensation and benefits specialists in designing and executing Total Rewards strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Total Rewards programs to boost employee engagement, retention, and alignment with company objectives.
- Create competitive compensation structures, manage incentive programs, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead the evaluation and design of benefits programs to ensure they remain effective, relevant, and compliant with regulations.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement through thoughtful, strategic benefits planning.
Ideal Profile:
- A seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional with at least 10 years of experience and a proven track record in managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Data-driven, analytical, and ideally an expert at Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team responsible for overseeing the annual salary review process and leading data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing total rewards strategies that drive business results.
- Leading the analysis and development of benefit programs to support employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement Total Rewards programs that meet business objectives.
- Providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Proven track record in managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Expertise in data analysis and Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
