Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

Proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the Employee Engagement team.

This role includes assisting with staff events, HR administrative tasks, logistical arrangements, employer branding initiatives, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, and market research.

The ideal candidate is an organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Employee Engagement & Staff Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of staff engagement events including Family Day, Dinner & Dance, wellness programme, award ceremony, etc.
  • Administrative Support and Logistical Arrangement: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Support in the creation of events collaterals and feedback form. Handle procurement matters and ensuring compliance with company procurement policy.
  • Employer Branding Strategy: Collaborate with internal team to develop and execute an effective employer branding strategy that aligns with the organisation's values, culture, and goals. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our employer brand presence in the market.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative and persuasive content for various channels, including print collaterals, articles, videos, and/or infographics.
  • Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing: Develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and materials. Assist in creating visually appealing job advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral to attract high-quality candidates. Identify and utilize relevant platforms and channels to reach and engage with the target audience.
  • Employer Brand Communication: Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies to promote our employer brand. Contribute to the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other initiatives aimed at building relationships with prospective candidates, universities, and professional organisations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize our employer branding efforts and stay ahead of market changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in administrative role or events management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employer branding trends and strategies is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Contract Period: 6 + 6 months / 1 year

Working Location: East

Working Arrangement:

Mondays - Thursdays - 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Fridays - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
