About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an HR Executive, Employee Engagement. This role will be responsible for managing employee engagement and staff events, as well as developing and executing an effective employer branding strategy.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee engagement and staff events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Develop and execute an effective employer branding strategy that aligns with the organisation's values, culture, and goals.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our employer brand presence in the market.
  • Develop creative and persuasive content for various channels, including print collaterals, articles, videos, and/or infographics.
  • Develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Assist in creating visually appealing job advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Identify and utilize relevant platforms and channels to reach and engage with the target audience.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize our employer branding efforts and stay ahead of market changes.
