Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions (excluding Talent Acquisition and Payroll).
  • Provide wide-ranging HR support as the first point of contact to the airport staff, including preparation of HR documents, employee inquiry, and administration of various leave of absence and benefits (shared services).
  • You will be working closely with the respective Operations Manager of the Divisions under your purview.
  • Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
  • Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker Work Passes.
  • Preparation of Final Settlement of exiting staff at end of contract or resignations.
  • Generate reports for management, finance, billing etc.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture, etc.
  • Insurance administration.
  • Involvement in audiometric and engagement activities.
  • Perform any other HR related projects and activities.

Job Requirements:
Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Meticulous and attentive to detail
Strong excel and reporting skills
Prior experience in TimeSoft is advantageous
Singaporeans are welcomed to apply
Candidates whom are able to start immediately are preferred
