Cadmus Resources is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our talent development initiatives.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical process technology industry. They will be responsible for managing training programs, identifying needs, and ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a site Training Needs Analysis and creating a Training Plan.
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance work culture, technical skills, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with line managers to identify training needs and essential skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field such as engineering, human resources, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources or the chemical process technology industry, including training and development.
