Strategic Compensation Professional

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Team in Singapore office.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing analytical support to Senior Consultants on ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics etc.
2. Conducting research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.
3. Collaborating with various team leads/stakeholders on rewards advisory projects, providing external market insights across industry segments
4. Conducting research on reward practices, emerging pay and talent trends using public & proprietary sources.
5. Contributing to client relationship building through event planning support, day-to-day communication
6. Supporting in proposal development
7. Participating in team brainstorming sessions
8. Collaborating with project team on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives

What we need from you:

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, with about 2-4 years of professional experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to independently initiate & complete tasks, ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• An analytical mindset & confidence in interpreting data-driven insights
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
• A commercial mindset and interest in client work
