We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Team in Singapore office.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who will nurture, challenge, and enable you to grow professionally and personally.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing analytical support to Senior Consultants on ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics etc.
- Conducting research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.
- Collaborating with various team leads/stakeholders on rewards advisory projects, providing external market insights across industry segments
- Conducting research on reward practices, emerging pay and talent trends using public & proprietary sources.
- Contributing to client relationship building through event planning support, day-to-day communication
- Supporting in proposal development
- Participating in team brainstorming sessions
- Collaborating with project team on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives
What we need from you:
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, with about 2-4 years of professional experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to independently initiate & complete tasks, ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- An analytical mindset & confidence in interpreting data-driven insights
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- A commercial mindset and interest in client work
